| Description: |
This Request for Proposals is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of The Fort Frances to prospective proponents to submit proposals from qualified firms to provide design engineering and construction services to rebirth the Hallett Tugboat, Owandem Tugboat and Anchor. This is considered to be a “turn-key” project. The Tugboats and Anchor finished location will be at the west end of the Sorting Gap Marina per the conceptual design. The project is to be completed no later than August 15, 2025. The Proponent and all subcontractors must be licensed, insured and approved to do engineering design and construction in the Province of Ontario. |
