The Town of Fort Frances has identified the McIrvine Rink as a key community asset that is at end of life. As part of the revitalization of this outdoor rink, the Town is looking to retain a Steel Building Firm to undertake the design and construction of a new covered shelter over this rink. In addition, the Town is looking at the opportunity to include the East End Rink within this scope to curb costs not only in supply, but design and construction.
