This tender opportunity includes a full roadway reconstruction of First Street East between Central Avenue and Mowat Avenue, including but not limited to:

  • Remove and replace water main and services
  • Remove and replace sewer main and services
  • Remove and replace storm sewer system
  • Remove and replace concrete curb, gutter, sidewalks and entrances
  • Improve grading, subbase and drainage
  • Construct new asphalt roadway

This tender opportunity also includes the removal and replacement of miscellaneous valves and hydrants, as well as a provisional item for a localized storm sewer replacement and improvement.
