Description: 

The Town of Fort Frances is seeking a qualified contractor to construct an addition to the Public Works Garage at 900 Wright Avenue North in Fort Frances, Ontario.

The addition will be a 50ft by 60ft pre-engineered steel building.

The building shell will be procured by the Town.

The contractor will be responsible for all other associated works, including but not limited to:

  • Foundation preparation and construction
  • Erection of the steel building
  • Installation of plumbing, mechanical and electrical components
  • All building finishes not limited to doors, cladding, roofing, insulation, etc.

A provisional scope item to replace the remainder of the Public Works Garage and Office roof from rolled roofing to matching standing metal seam.
