This Request for Proposals is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of The Fort Frances to prospective proponents to submit proposals from qualified firms to provide engineering and construction services to rehabilitate the Town’s elevated water tower.

The Town of Fort Frances water tower is located at 220 McIrvine Road and is a composite elevated tank, which was constructed in 1984. 

The Town intends to rehabilitate the water storage facility in 2025. Based on past condition inspections, primary scope of work is anticipated to include, at a minimum, upgrades as recommended in the Scope of Work by Landmark Municipal Services report Q22185, dated January 23, 2023.
